1. Who we are
Morocco Tour Transfer is a commercial brand operated by Benmbarek Tours (Tourist Transport Company), a private passenger transport operator based in Casablanca, Morocco. 2. What data we collect
- Booking data — name, phone, email, flight number, pickup and drop-off addresses, number of guests, payment method. Used only to deliver your transfer and for legally-required accounting.
- Device & analytics data — anonymised IP, browser, pages visited, referring URL, approximate city. Collected only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner.
- Chat messages — WhatsApp / email conversations with our concierge. Stored for 24 months for quality control.
- Location data — only if you explicitly tap "Use my current location" on the pickup input. Used once to geocode your address; never stored on our servers.
We do not process special-category data (health, religion, political views). We do not sell, rent or trade personal data with third parties.
3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Contract performance — delivering the transfer you booked.
- Legal obligation — tax and accounting records retained 10 years per Moroccan law.
- Consent — analytics cookies and marketing emails (you can withdraw consent anytime).
- Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, improving our service.
4. Cookies & tracking
We use a granular cookie preference banner with three categories:
- Necessary — required for basic site functionality and security (always on).
- Analytics — helps us understand how travellers use the site (optional).
- Marketing — conversion measurement and advertising optimisation (optional).
By default, no analytics or marketing cookies are loaded until you choose them.

5. Third parties we share data with
- Google Ireland Ltd — Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads (anonymised traffic, IP truncated, EU servers).
- Google Maps / Places API — address autocomplete (your typed text is sent to Google for suggestions).
- Meta / WhatsApp Business — if you contact our concierge on WhatsApp, Meta's own privacy policy applies in parallel to ours.
- Stripe / PayPal — card payments, subject to their PCI-DSS privacy standards.
- Moroccan tax authority (DGI) — minimum legally-required invoice data, only on request.
If you book through an OTA or hotel partner, they may share your trip details (name, flight, phone) with us so we can provide the transfer. For platform and partner processing, see our DPA.
6. Data retention
- Booking & invoice data: 10 years (Moroccan accounting law).
- Marketing & analytics data: 24 months maximum.
- Cookie preference: 12 months (then re-prompted).
7. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object. Email privacy@moroccotourtransfer.com with a proof of identity — we respond within 30 days, as required.
If you believe we've mishandled your data you may also lodge a complaint with the Moroccan CNDP (Commission Nationale de Contrôle de la Protection des Données) or your local EU Data Protection Authority.
8. International data transfers
Our CRM and analytics providers may store data outside Morocco (primarily EU and USA). Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses per European Commission Decision 2021/914.
9. Children
Our service is for adult travellers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. Contact us to delete any such data immediately.
10. Updates to this policy
We may update this document to reflect new regulations or services. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date and, where legally required, by email to active bookings.
