1. Who you're booking with
Morocco Tour Transfer is a commercial brand operated by Benmbarek Tours (Tourist Transport Company), a private passenger transport operator based in Casablanca, Morocco. By confirming a booking you accept the terms below. Legal notice: mentions légales.
2. Quotes & pricing
Prices displayed on the site, in WhatsApp quotes or by email are fixed and all-inclusive — they cover the vehicle, fuel, tolls, chauffeur, insurance and applicable taxes. No meter, no nighttime surcharge, no airport pickup fee. Once we confirm a price in writing, it is the final price unless the route or date is changed by the guest.
Prices are usually quoted in EUR. Payment is also accepted in USD, GBP and MAD at the published daily conversion rate.
3. Booking & confirmation
A booking is firm only when we have confirmed it in writing (WhatsApp, email or through the site) with the exact date, time, route, vehicle, passenger count and agreed price.
Private-transfer bookings typically require no deposit. Multi-day tours (2+ days) may require a 20% deposit at booking, balance on the first day.
4. Cancellation & no-shows
- Airport transfers & one-way city transfers — free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations later than that are charged at 50%. No-shows are charged at 100%.
- Multi-day tours — free cancellation 14+ days in advance. 7–13 days: 25% charge. 3–6 days: 50% charge. Under 72 hours: 100% charge.
- Force majeure (severe weather, political unrest, official travel bans) — full refund or free reschedule.
- Flight delays — covered at no extra cost up to 60 minutes after actual landing time, tracked automatically. Beyond 60 minutes, a €10/hour waiting fee applies.
4.1 Customer no‑show (airport pickups)
A customer no‑show is recorded only after the included waiting time has elapsed and we have made a reasonable attempt to contact the passenger.
- Waiting time: 60 minutes from actual landing time (flight tracked when flight number is provided).
- Contact attempts: WhatsApp messages + phone calls to the number provided at booking.
- No‑show charge: 100% of the agreed fare (vehicle and chauffeur time cannot be resold).
5. Vehicles & passenger count
We operate a Mercedes-Benz fleet (E-Class, Vito, Sprinter) plus Škoda Kodiaq 4×4 for mountain and desert routes. The vehicle model assigned matches the one quoted; an equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be substituted at our discretion with no price change.
Maximum passenger numbers per vehicle (plus chauffeur):
- Mercedes E-Class — 3 guests, 3 standard cases.
- Mercedes Vito — 7 guests, 7 standard cases.
- Mercedes Sprinter — 16 guests, 16 standard cases.
- Škoda Kodiaq 4×4 — 5 guests, 4 standard cases.
6. Luggage, car seats & special needs
Standard luggage allowance is one checked bag + one cabin bag per guest. Extra or oversized items must be declared at booking.
Free child booster seats and baby seats available on request (please specify at booking). We can accommodate wheelchair users in our Vito fleet with 48-hour notice.
7. Conduct & safety
Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Smoking, vaping and open containers of alcohol are not allowed in the vehicles. Our chauffeurs have the right to refuse or end service for intoxication, harassment or illegal conduct; no refund is due in that case.
8. Liability
All vehicles carry comprehensive passenger insurance and third-party liability insurance as required by Moroccan law. Our liability for delays, minor schedule changes, traffic, protests, strikes or weather is limited to the price paid for the affected leg. We are not liable for consequential losses (missed flights caused by guest delay, missed meetings, etc.).
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8.1 Passenger insurance (placeholder limits)
Every ride is covered by commercial passenger and third‑party liability insurance. Coverage limits depend on the insurer and policy in force. Placeholder: per-passenger coverage up to 500,000 MAD and third-party liability up to 5,000,000 MAD. These numbers will be replaced with the exact policy limits once provided.
8.2 Baggage responsibility
- Guests are responsible for ensuring luggage is loaded and unloaded; our chauffeur assists as a courtesy.
- We are not liable for normal wear, fragile items, or valuables left unattended.
- Lost items found in the vehicle will be returned when feasible; courier/shipping costs are borne by the guest.
8.3 Subcontracting and replacement vehicles
To avoid supplier cancellations, we may fulfil a booking using an equivalent vehicle and/or a vetted subcontracted driver/partner when needed (e.g., vehicle maintenance, peak demand). Service standards and passenger insurance remain unchanged, and no price increase is applied.
9. Payment
We accept cash (MAD/EUR/USD/GBP), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. Online payments are processed by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 security. Receipts are provided on request.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website (photos, copy, logos, code) is © 2014–2026 Morocco Tour Transfer SARL unless otherwise marked. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca. Consumer-protection rights under EU or UK law that apply to the guest are not affected.
11.1 OTA passenger transport (platform bookings)
If you book through an OTA or a hotel partner, they may transmit your personal details (name, phone, flight number) to us so we can deliver the service. This processing is described in our privacy policy and DPA. In case of conflict between an OTA’s customer-facing cancellation policy and the agreed supplier terms for your ride, the OTA’s policy applies to the customer, while supplier no‑show procedures and evidence (waiting time + contact attempts) remain required for operational integrity.
