Every quote includes vehicle, fuel, tolls, insurance and chauffeur.
No — Uber stopped operating in Morocco in 2018 after a licensing dispute and has not returned. Careem (Uber's sister company) works only in Casablanca and Rabat. For airport pickups, intercity transfers and tourist itineraries, a pre-booked private chauffeur with a fixed-price quote is the standard solution.
